I am passionate to help people who are experiencing mental health issues such as Generalized Anxiety, Depression, Asperger’s syndrome, relationship struggles and difficulties in handling major life events. I help adults and teenagers via my therapy sessions who are going through emotional disorders. I have been a mental strength trainer for more than 5 years and absolutely love what I do. I am also associated with American Psychological Association and PG in Counselling and Psychotherapy.

My approach is non-clinical, I use psychoanalytic therapy which is a form of in-depth talk that aims to bring deeply buried thoughts and feelings to the conscious mind. Besides this, I use the Dream Analysis Technique to withdraw meaningful information from the client’s dream that is related to unconscious desires, wish-fulfillment, and conflicts. I always believe that our unconscious feelings and certain childhood events play a key role in mental distress.

I am practicing Psychoanalytic Therapy on my clients for the past 5 years and have attained terrific results. In my entire work span, I have experienced that this non-invasive clinical approach can do wonders when done the right way.

Dream Analysis Technique

Dream Analysis Techniques is another one of the most successful therapeutic techniques I have been performing on my clients. In this therapy, my client expresses the portion of his/her dream (which he/she remembers).

After a detailed discussion, the segments of a dream are analyzed to evolve the new meaningful information that’s related to the clients’ childhood/personal life. The problem gets halved when it is shared! But, generally, we find no one to listen to our problem and give viable solutions. Even if someone listens, they don’t take it seriously or starts judging you. This is when the problem starts arosing and degrades the quality of your life.
